  • 2 1/2 lb Ground Turkey breast
  • 1/2 packages Frozen Spinach
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 dash salt n pepper
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp olive oil

How to Make Greek Turkey Burgers

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Greek Turkey Burgers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Thaw frozen spinach. Place in medium pan with olive oil and garlic.
  • Step 2
  • Cook until warmed through. Set aside to cool.
  • Step 3
  • Place seasoned ground meat with salt n pepper into a medium bowl.
  • Step 4
  • Add feta cheese and cooled spinach to bowl.
  • Step 5
  • Mix just enough so everything is incorporated. DO NOT OVER MIX. Meat becomes rough.
  • Step 6
  • Make the burgers any size you would like. Try not to handle the meat too much. Turkey meat tends to be more difficult to handle.
  • Step 7
  • You can either cook the burgers on the grill, on the stove top with some Pam spray OR in the oven. (For the oven, 350°F for about 20-25 mins.)
  • Step 8
  • Once they are cooked to moist perfection, either it eat on it's own or in a wheat bun!
