  • 2 can Green Beans (drained)
  • 6 small Potatoes or 3 Large potatoes
  • 1/2 yellow chopped onion
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 garlic salt
  • 1 garlic powder
  • 1 olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 salt&pepper (to taste)

How to Make Green Bean and Potatoes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Green Bean and Potatoes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut potatoes into medium size chunks. Open Green beans and drain liquid. Chop onion. Boil bouillon cubes in 2 cups water.
  • Step 2
  • Add butter to frying pan. Then add garlic salt and garlic powder to your desired taste. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add onions and Saute.
  • Step 3
  • Add green beans and stir evenly. Then add potatoes making sure all is coated evenly.
  • Step 4
  • Add chicken broth to frying pan and simmer on medium low for 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Add salt and pepper and a little garlic powder stir and serve.
