  • 1/2 White onion, sliced thin
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 can Petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 can Large butter beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 as needed Salt & pepper

  • Boil the green beans in generously salted water until tender. Approximately 10-15 minutes. Drain.
  • Step 2
  • Mix all remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

  • Step 4
