  • 3 to 4 Green bell peppers
  • 4 Shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp ● Butter flavored margarine
  • 1/2 tsp Chicken soup stock granules
  • 1 ● Salt and pepper
  • 1 Soy sauce

How to Make Green Bell Pepper and Shiitake Garlic Stir-fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Green Bell Pepper and Shiitake Garlic Stir-fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Remove stem and seeds from the peppers and cut each lengthwise into 6 pieces. Remove the stem ends from the shiitake and slice diagonally into thirds.
  • Step 2
  • Thinly slice the garlic.
  • Step 3
  • Heat olive oil in the frying pan on a low heat, add the garlic slices and fry until the aroma is released. Remove from pan when slightly golden.
  • Step 4
  • Stir fry the bell peppers and shiitake in olive oil from Step 3. When browned, shake the frying pan to heat evenly.
  • Step 5
  • Add ● ingredients to the pan and stir fry. Turn off the heat and drizzle with soy sauce, then lightly toss.
  • Step 6
  • Add salt to taste. Transfer to a serving dish and serve. The garlic is also delicious, so sprinkle it on top.
