  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 oz diced green chile (preferably hatch or anaheim)
  • 28 oz artichoke hearts (canned, drained, chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Preheat oven to 350┬║.

  • Using a mixer, whip cream cheese until soft and creamy.
