  • 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken
  • 8 oz Chives and onion cream cheese
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 packages McCormick original taco seasoning
  • for the enchiladas
  • 1 packages Corn tortillas
  • 1 can Green chile enchilada sauce
  • 2 cup Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Corn oil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Green Chile Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil chicken in large pot
  • Step 2
  • Once chicken is cooked thoroughly, shred chicken (I use a fork)

  • Add enchilada sauce and grated cheese and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes
  • Step 7
  • Add any toppings you like and enjoy!
