  • 3 poblano chiles
  • 3 dill pickles, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1 pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped cilantro leaves

  • Preheat the grill to medium high.
