Ingredients: Green Soup

  • 1 bunch Kale chopped
  • 1 Green beans chopped
  • 1 bunch Asparagus chopped
  • 1 Zucchini chopped
  • 2 Yellow squash chopped
  • 1 bunch Broccoli
  • 1/2 can Artichoke hearts
  • 1 Veggie bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or more to taste
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil

How to Make Green Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Green Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add oil and veggies to pan and enough water to cover veggies. Add bouillon and salt to taste, cover and cook until veggies are soft, about 20 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Transfer to blender and blend. Top with pesto drizzle or what ever you fancy! I used olive oil and brags nutritional yeast.
