  • 2 1/4 tsp Chopped mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Whole milk
  • 1 Salt to taste
  • 1 Sprinkle of black pepper
  • 1 Sprinkle of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Margarine or butter

  • Preheat your over to 400°F. Crack eggs in a bowl and whisk in the milk, salt, cayenne and black pepper.

  • Heat a non stick skillet and add the butter, sauté the onions, scallions and mushroom for a minute then add the spinach and cook for another 30 seconds
  • Step 3
  • Pay a loaf pan with Pam and pure your egg mixture in
  • Step 4
  • Pure all the spinach mixture into the eggs and give it a slight stir
  • Step 5
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the top of the egg loaf start to brown.
  • Step 6
  • You can add cheese if you want it to taste more like a quiche
