  • 1/4 lb country ( bulk ) sausage I used Odoms Tennessee Pride
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 cup sliced colby jack cheese
  • 4 tsp grated parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • ground black pepper, fresh
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

    Step 1
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Step 2
  • Add sausage form into patties large ones. Have small pieces to crisp on side.
