  • 3 tbsp mccormick molasses bacon seasoning
  • 5 hamburger buns
  • 1 whatever u wanna top ur burger with.. ketchup,tomato,,lettuce,mustard

    Step 1
  • cut package of bacon in half and fry according to package directions. set aside.
  • Step 2
  • preheat grill.
  • Step 3
  • prepare meat by balling up meat into 10 equal sized balls.

  • hand form each ball into a round flat patty.

  • slice brick of cheese into thin slices. about 1/4 inch thick.

  • on one patty place enough cheese to cover the middle of the patty only. about 2.5 slices.

  • place another patty on top.

  • now pinch the edges together and reform your now filled patty until u no longer see a crease.

  • season both sides of burger with the bacon molasses seasoning.

  • place burgers on grill and cook until done. flipping halfway. about 10 minutes per side depending on how well done u like them.
  • Step 12
  • just before removing from the grill place a few more slices of cheddar on the top of the burger and heat until just melting.
  • Step 13
  • remove from heat and place on a tray to await assembly.
  • Step 14
  • place burger on bun and add more bacon and toppings of your choice.

  • HINT: keep raw beef cold. keep refridgerated until ready to cook. they stay together better when cold.
