  • 8 slice country white bread
  • 12 oz farmhouse cheddar, sliced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 12 slice bacon, cooked
  • 1 grn. apple, thin sliced
  • 1 pinch dijon mustard

How to Make Grilled Cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Grilled Cheese in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • heat griddle or skillet, med. low heat
  • Step 2
  • spread dijon on 4 slices of bread
  • Step 3
  • top w/ cheddar, 3 pieces bacon, apple sl. add additional ched.
  • Step 4
  • place remaining bread on top, spread butter
  • Step 5
  • place on skillet, butter-side down, butter other side
  • Step 6
  • cook til cheese is melted & bread is browned
