  • 2 oz fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 slice swiss cheese
  • 3 slice applewood smoked bacon
  • 1 tbsp thousand island
  • 1 tbsp garlic dip
  • 2 slice thin tomatoes
  • pinch salt
  • pepper
  • salt
  • pinch black pepper

How to Make Grilled Chicken and Avocado Sandwich

  • Grill the chicken pieces. Salt and pepper both sides of chicken.

  • Toast wheat bread.
