  • 1/2 tsp shrimp paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 50 ml hot cooking oil
  • 1 lemon, squeezed
  • VEGETABLES:
  • 1 bunch watercress
  • 2 eggplants
