  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 Mrs.Dash Garlic Herb Seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 parsley
  • 1 cooking spray

  • turn on foreman grill to medium setting and spray both sides with cooking spray

  • Melt butter in microwave. Place each fillet in butter for 1 minute on each side.
