  • 4 wings Chicken wings
  • 【Marinating Sauce】
  • 2 tsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mentsuyu
  • 2 tbsp Sake (Shaoxing wine, if available)
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 clove Grated garlic

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Grilled Gochujang Chicken Wings in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut some notches into each side of the wings. Put the wings and all the ingredients into a bag. Gently push out the excess air and seal the bag.
  • Step 2
  • Let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour to let the flavors soak in. ※You can prep this in the morning and then cook it at night.
  • Step 3
