  • Condiments
  • 2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • Liquids
  • 2 cup Water
  • Oil's & Vinegars
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • Baking & Spices
  • 1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

How to Make Grilled Hawaiian Chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Grilled Hawaiian Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • remove any visible fat from the chicken thighs.
  • Step 2
  • whisk the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, onions, garlic, sesame oil, and coconut milk in a large bowl. add the chicken thighs and marinate the chicken overnight.
  • Step 3
  • heat the grill to high. add the chicken and turn down to low. grill chicken at a low heat so that the marinade does not burn for 5-7 minutes per side or until done.
  • Step 4
  • serve over rice
