Ingredients: grilled lemon tilapia w/veggies

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 frozen or fresh veggies of choice
  • 1/4 cup sliced red pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp onion pwdr
  • 1 tbsp tony chachere's seas
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 6 tilapia fillets

How to Make grilled lemon tilapia w/veggies

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make grilled lemon tilapia w/veggies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • season fillets with TC seas. squeeze juice of half lemon on fish.( thinly slice other half to cook w/fish) let sit while preparing the veggies.
  • Step 2
  • arrange veggies in a non-stick skillet ( i use a grill skillet) makes beautiful grill marks.
  • Step 3
  • season them w/ garlic pwder , onion powder & sea salt
  • Step 4
  • sautee veggies ( in grill pan I let them char just a bit)in butter & a lil bit of EVOO.
  • Step 5
  • In a large skillet add EVOO and remaining veggies ( onion ,bell ppr & garlic). sautee for about 5 min add lemon slices
  • Step 6
  • then add fish ( moving veggies around the outer rim of the skillet) fish in middle. cook for about 7-10 mins or until desired doneness.
  • Step 7
  • when fish is done Add cooked veggies( broc, caulif,etc. ) to pan with fish. ENJOY!!
  • Step 8
  • you can add rice to this recipe as well!
