  • 2 slabs Medium fatty tuna
  • 2 Green pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp ★ Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp ★ Mirin
  • 1 Coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Flour
  • 1 Sake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Grilled Medium Fatty Tuna with Black Pepper in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Sprinkle the fillets with some salt and plenty of coarsely ground black pepper. Repeat for the other side, then sit aside for about 10 minutes. Right before you grill, coat with flour and shake off any excess. Chop green pepper into bite-sized pieces.

  • Heat 2 tablespoon vegetable oil in a frying pan. Slice garlic thinly and add to the frying pan. When the garlic starts to smell nice, add tuna and grill. When both sides are browned, pour sake and cover the pan to steam-fry.
