  • 1 medium size octopus
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon cracked pepper
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/3 cup dried oragano
  • 2 dried crushed chilli peppers
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley

    Step 1
  • In a bowl: mix olive oil, oragano, chilli pepper, 1 tablespoon of salt. Set aside this as it will be used as a rub later on.
  • Step 2
  • Clean octopus and put in stock pot with all the remainder of the ingredients. Boil until tender
  • Step 3
  • Once octopus is tender, remove it from stock and drain. Apply the rub. Let it marinate for 10 minutes then grill until desired.
