  • 4 large Portobello Mushroom Caps (stems removed)
  • 4 slice Large Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegarette
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Italian Seasoning to taste

  • Pre heat grill to medium heat
  • Step 2
  • Mix together the vinegarette and the garlic
