  • 4 rib eye steaks, 1-1/2 inch thick
  • 1 stick butter, slightly softened
  • 1/3 cup Blue Stilton cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, finely minced
  • salt & fresh cracked black pepper
  • sauteed mushrooms
  • canola or olive oil
