  • Pull off the limp outer layers of the romaine, then cut in half.
  • Step 2
  • On the outer side, drizzle olive oil, salt pepper, garlic powder.

  • Flip over and season flat side.

  • Grill until it has char marks and almost wilting (about 1min each side), top with cheese and serve.
