  • 4 green onions, minced
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 pepper to taste

  • Wash scallops and pat dry.

  • Brush with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
