  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 marinade

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried italian herb seasoning
  • 8 bamboo skewers

    Step 1
  • cut off excess fat & cut chicken thighs into nice size chunks & put in large bowl
  • Step 2
  • put all marinade ingredients in bowl & wisk well & pour over chicken & mix well

  • let chicken marinade from 1 hour or until over night in refrigerator
  • Step 4
  • let bamboo skewers soak in water for at least a half hour or more
  • Step 5
  • put chicken on skewers & cook on grill turning every few minutes until chicken is cooked
