  • 1 large Yellow Squash (summer squash)
  • 1 Barbecue Sauce

    Step 1
  • Cut squash in large chunks, so it won't fall through the veggie grilling basket.
  • Step 2
  • Put cut pieces in a large bowl. Add barbecue sauce, I used Sweet Baby Rays Hawaiian, delicious! Mix veggies in sauce.
  • Step 3
  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Step 4
  • Place veggies in veggie grilling basket.
  • Step 5
  • Grill until tender, turning occasionally.
  • Step 6
  • Remove from grill, add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step 7
  • Serve as a side to anything, meat, poultry, or fish. Enjoy!
