Ingredients: Grilled tilapia

  • 2 tilapia
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 Weber zesty lemon seasoning
  • 1 extra light olive oil

How to Make Grilled tilapia

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Grilled tilapia in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Lay out a good size sheet of aluminum foil, pour 2 table spoons of extra light olive oil on to it where u you will lay your tilapia, lay your tilapia on top of it and then flip them over to cover them lightly with the oil u do not have to rub them , then sprinkle some salt and pepper , and the weber zesty lemon seasoning on them ( I did it lightly cause you will be doing it on both sides and u gonna want to taste the tilapia ) . Flip them over and do this again . Once u finish seasoning them . Take your aluminum foil long ways and cover it lightly and roll the edged to seal it don't smother them . Then take the end and bring it up your want to make a sealed pocket . Once u finished you gonna want to be able to pick up on the long ways little bite to make a good pocket for them ..
  • Step 2
  • Place them on your grill at a temp of 200°F for about 10 mins. Take them off .. place on a plate . Go inside like we did open and share . Best tasting ever not over cooked . Under cooked just right . Best experiment ever ...
