  • 1 medium to large yellow squash (about 1/2 pound), trimmed and cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese

How to Make Grilled Veggies

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Grilled Veggies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
  • Add the olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to coat.
  • Step 3
  • Place the vegetables in a grilling basket.

  • Grill for 20 to 30 minutes (turn after 10 minutes or so) or until the vegetables are cooked to the desired tenderness.
