  • 14 oz coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup baby petite carrots
  • 2 tbsp butter
