  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 can (small) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can peas (drained)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 5 baby portabello mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 bag of egg noodles

How to Make Ground beef stroganoff

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Ground beef stroganoff in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Brown and crumble ground beef til almost fully browned, add chopped mushrooms to the pan and put pot of water on to boil for the noodles (follow instructions on the noodle bag)
  • Step 2
  • Once fully browned add mushroom soup, sour cream and peas, stir. Cook on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes
  • Step 3
  • Pour over egg noodles and enjoy! Try it with my garlic parmasean roasted potatoes
