  • 1 lb ground round
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp A1 steak sauce, or Heinz 57
  • 1 cheese of your choice
  • 1 condiments of your choice

How to Make Ground Round Cheesy Burger

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Ground Round Cheesy Burger in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat skillet to medium heat.
  • Step 2
  • Mix the Steak sauce into meat and form into 4 equal size patties.
  • Step 3
  • Cook on one side without turning until nice crust has formed on one side. Sprinkle mixture of seasoned salt, pepper and onion powder over top of burgers while cooking.
  • Step 4
  • Flip burgers and sprinkle on more seasonings. While other side is cooking, place cheese over burgers and cover to melt cheese.
  • Step 5
  • Toast buns if desired. Place burgers on bun and top with favorite condiments if desired. Can also saute onions to use. This is also good on grilled Texas toast.
