  • 60 granulated sugar
  • 250 mascarpone cheese
  • 200 grams ladyfingers
  • 1/2 can Guinness or any dark beer
  • 1 unsweetened cocoa powder

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 12 steps you must follow to make Guinness Beer Tiramisu in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Separate yolks from egg whites
  • Step 2
  • Beat yolks with half of the sugar
  • Step 3
  • Add mascarpone cheese to the yolks and stir
  • Step 4
  • Beat egg whites gently adding the rest of the sugar; keep beating until stiff
  • Step 5
  • Gently mix the two above (yolks and whites) together, using a spoon from below upwards
  • Step 6
  • Put a first thin layer of custard at the bottom of your casserole
  • Step 7
  • Soak each ladyfinger in Guinness for just a second
  • Step 8
  • Create a layer of ladyfinger upon the custard one
  • Step 9
  • Cover with custard
  • Step 10
  • Second ladyfingers layer!
  • Step 11
  • Cover again with our Tiramisu custard
  • Step 12
  • Sprinkle cocoa powder all over and put Tiramisu in the refrigerator for 2 hours before eating
