  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 5 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 8 oz Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Red Wine
  • 1 1/2 cup Beef Stock
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 tsp Chili Paste
  • 1 **** A little brown Sugar may be added if you prefer a sweeter gravy!!
  • 1 Salt and Pepper, to taste

How to Make Gypsy Gravy

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Gypsy Gravy in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Sweat the garlic justi until you smell it! DON'T BURN It!
  • Step 2
  • Cut your peppers into strips and your onions into wedges.
  • Step 3
  • Add all your veggies to pan and cook until tender.
  • Step 4
  • Add the wine, beef stock paprika, chili paste and tomato paste. Stir and simmer until gravy thickens and flavors combine. A little more tomato paste may be added if needed to thicken
  • Step 5
  • Enjoy!
