  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 salt

    Step 1
  • Clean very well the haddock removing all the flakes. Cut it in 4 pieces if it is the whole fillet. Put salt on it and save it for later.

  • Add parsley and two thirds of the water. Stir and cook over medium heat until thickened. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more water.
  • Step 6
  • Place the pieces of haddock in the pan and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes for each side
  • Step 7
  • Serve immediately with the sauce that should be linked and not very thick.
  • Step 8
