  • 1/4 cup spring onion or scallion
  • 1/2 cup deep fried ginger strip
  • 4 small cheery tomato
  • LIGHT SOY SAUCE IN OIL
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce

How to Make Hallibut Fish Parcel

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Hallibut Fish Parcel in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • HEAT UP OIL THEN DEEP FRIED GINGER STRIP TILL LIGHLY BROWN AND CRISPY THEN DRAIN SET ASIDE
  • Step 2
  • BAKED FISH IN ALUMINIUM FOil
  • Step 3
  • Season hallibut fish with salt
  • Step 4
  • Place lime slice on aluminium foil then top hallibut fish
  • Step 5
  • Top ginger slice and spring onion then wrap up parcel and baked it at 220 C for 25 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the fish
  • Step 6
  • TOP 3 LIGHT SOY SAUCE ON COOKED FISH THEN IMMEDIATELY
  • Step 7
  • HEAT UP 3 TBSP OF OIL TILL SMOKE THEN POUR ON FISH
  • Step 8
  • Top deep fried ginger strip and thinly slice red chili pepper and spring onion
