  • 6 flour tortillas (or more depending how many people you're serving) I use the 8 inch tortillas from an 11.5 ounce package
  • 1 cooking spray

    Step 1
  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Step 2
  • With small Halloween shaped cookie cutters or kitchen scissors (I use cookie cutters), cut tortillas into shapes.
  • Step 3
  • Place shapes (and any leftover tortilla scraps) on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Step 4
  • Spray both sides of shapes and scraps with cooking spray.
  • Step 5
  • Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  • Step 6
  • Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • Serve as dippers for dips.
