Ingredients: Ham and Cheese Breakfast Cups

  • 8 slice Ham
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/4 small Onion (optional)
  • 1/4 small Bell pepper (optional & and color you like)
  • 8 tbsp Shredded Cheddar cheese (swiss cheese would be fantastic also)
  • 1 A splash of milk for the eggs
  • 1 salt & pepper to tase
  • 1 Tops of green onions

How to Make Ham and Cheese Breakfast Cups

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Ham and Cheese Breakfast Cups in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pre-heat oven to 350°. In a small pan, sauté onions and peppers till tender.
  • Step 2
  • Spray muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray, unless you have one of those good non-stick pans, and place one slice of ham in each making a little cup.
  • Step 3
  • While veggies are cooking, beat together eggs, milk, and salt & pepper.
  • Step 4
  • Add a spoon full of veggies to each cup. Put 1 TBSP of cheese in each then fill ham cup with egg. The egg will also fill outside the ham, but that is fine. It takes about 1/2 an egg for each cup. Top with the chopped green onion tops and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Step 5
