  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 large sweet gerkin pickle, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon srirachaha seasoning salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • TOPPING
  • 1 large egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water ( egg wash )
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic bread seasoning blend spice
  • 1 tablespoon grated romano cheese

How to Make Ham and Cheese Hand Pies

  • Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
