  • 1 1/2 cup brown mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp low fat or fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup smoked turkey or lean ham
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 2 cup mixed salad leaves
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 30 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ground black pepper

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Ham and mushroom salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice mushrooms, pan fry till just brown, add any herbs and spices for flavour. Leave to cool down.
  • Step 2
  • Mix mushrooms with cottage cheese.
  • Step 3
  • Chop cherry tomatoes, turkey/ham & cucumber.
  • Step 4
  • Mix all ingredients togehter with salad leaves (try using a mix pack with herbs for a more tastey variety).
