  • 12 oz cubed ham, fully cooked
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 3 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup gluten-free biscuit mix
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup soy milk

How to Make Ham Tacos

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Ham Tacos in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix ham, parsley, mustard, & cheese together. Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Beat biscuit mix, egg, salt& milk together until smooth.
  • Step 3
  • For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle. Cook until edges are dry around edges. Turn over. Cook other side til golden brown.
  • Step 4
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Step 5
  • Fold & fill each pancake with 1/4 cup mixture. Arrange upright in ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle with extra cheese, if desired.
  • Step 6
  • Bake until filling is hot & cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Makes approximately 12 tacos.
