  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 tbsp ◎Katakuriko or corn starch
  • 1 tbsp ◎Water

    Step 1
  • Soak the bean noodles in water according to the instructions and cut into easy-to-eat lengths. Mince the green onions. Combine the ◎ ingredients.
