  • 1 pie crust (I used pillsbury)
  • 1 large apple, sliced or chopped (skin on or off,it's up to you)
  • 1/2 Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp apricot jam (or any jam you'd like)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chopped pecans
  • drizzle of caramel sauce
  • dusting of powder sugar
  • 1 tbsp melted unsalted butter

How to Make Harvest Apple Cinnamon Tart

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Harvest Apple Cinnamon Tart in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a bowl, mix together the white and brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, pecans and apples.
  • Step 2
  • Roll out pie crust on a pizza pan, or baking sheet.
  • Step 3
  • Spread jam on the pie crust.
  • Step 4
  • Lay your apple mixture on the pie crust, leaving about an inch from the edges.
  • Step 5
  • You can sprinkle more cinnamon on if you like, then fold up the edges of the pie crust. Lightly baste the edges of crust with melted butter.
  • Step 6
  • Bake at 400°F for about 35-40 min or until golden brown.
  • Step 7
  • Let cool for 10 min after removing from oven. Drizzle with caramel sauce and Dusting of powder sugar.
  • Step 8
  • Move to cooling rack to cool completely.
