  • 2 cup sharp cheddar
  • 1 1/2 lb frozen shredded hashbrown
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped vidalia onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup margarine

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Step 2
  • Use non stick pan, spray with non stick spray if needed.
  • Step 3
  • Combine margarine, soup, salt, pepper, onions, and cheese. Mix well

  • Pour potatoes into baking pan. Pour mixture on top of potatoes. Let set for 5 minutes.
