Ingredients: Hawaiian rolls

  • pineapple juice, water, salt, yeast,
  • 2 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 6 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 each eggs
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2/3 cup sugar

How to Make Hawaiian rolls

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Hawaiian rolls in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix yeast, eggs, salt, sugar, pineapple juice and water together.
  • Step 2
  • Slowly add in flour. Knead . Save 1/2 cup flour for later. Should be kind of sticky to touch. Cover with warm rag and let rise for 1 hour.
  • Step 3
  • Knead again for about 10 minutes adding in rest of flour.
  • Step 4
  • Roll into balls and place in buttered pan.
  • Step 5
  • Cover and let rise again for another hour.
  • Step 6
  • Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes till golden brown.
