  • 1 cup Instant oats
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Cheesecake
  • 1 1/2 cup low fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mashed banana
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar substitute

How to Make Healthy Baked Cheesecake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Healthy Baked Cheesecake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • Step 2
  • Mix base ingredients together and press into a cake pan. Bake in oven for 8-10minutes until golden.
  • Step 3
  • Mix cheesecake ingredients together until smooth. Melt butter and cream cheese if necessary. Add more honey or sugar if desired.
  • Step 4
  • When base has finished baking and has cooled down, pour cheesecake mixture into the pan.
  • Step 5
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Remove cheesecake from oven to check progress. The outside should be firm and the middle loose. It should jiggle when you shake the pan.
  • Step 6
  • Put back in oven and bake for 15 minutes at 280°F.
  • Step 7
  • Turn the oven off and leave the cheesecake in the oven to cool down slowly.
  • Step 8
  • Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
