  • 1 tbsp ※ Soy sauce
  • 1 Krazy Salt (seasoned salt mix)
  • 1 Black pepper

How to Make Healthy Bean and Tofu Chili Con Carne

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 11 steps you must follow to make Healthy Bean and Tofu Chili Con Carne in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Break the tofu roughly into pieces, wrap in a paper towel, and heat in the microwave for 5 minutes at 600w.
