  • Heat a skillet and brown the mushrooms. (Sauteé the spinach real quick if you like).

  • (Bake for 40 mins at 325 when in glass and 350 when in a metal pan).
  • Step 7
  • Serve with fresh fruit :O

  • (Cheddar cheese option: mix in some shredded cheese and sprinkle a tad on top).
