  • 1 1/2 lb sliced boneless skinless chicken breast
  • Creamy Cheese Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 3/4 cup lower-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
