  • 2 boneless chicken breast
  • 2 salsa fat free burrito wraps
  • 2 cup mixed bell peppers
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 tsp white truffle oil
  • 4 tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp Italian herbs
  • 3 tsp garlic and salt powder
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Healthy chicken and bell pepper burrito in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Marinate the chicken. Add Greek yoghurt, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, Italian herbs, sea salt and mix well with your hands untill all the sides of the chicken are covered with the marinade sauce. Refrigerate for 30 mins

  • Add bell peppers and green veggies and cook for 6-8 mins
  • Step 6
  • Add chicken and 1/2 cup of water and mix well. Stir untill the water is soaked completely.
  • Step 7
  • Add chicken and veggies in the wrap
  • Step 8
  • For a crispy burrito slightly toast the burrito in a medium heat pan for 1 min on each side
