  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 340 grams Dark chocolate

  • Finely mash or puree the avocado (I mash because I like little bits of avocado)
  • Step 2
  • Add all ingredients to double boiler
  • Step 3
  • Mix occasionally until chocolate and coconut oil and melted and ingredients are fully combined
  • Step 4
  • Pour in to 20x20cm baking dish, lined with cling wrap. Set in fridge overnight
